My dream is to build a social blogging site for deep thoughts only. I will call it Spelunklr.
This Twitter-Sized Message brought to you by the Foundation For Lacking Anything Good To Say.
I umm…didn’t know you came around here. How’ve you been? Great, great…so……yeah. No, I don’t have another social blogging site yet. Nah….um, how about you? Yeah? Well that’s great, I hope it keeps you happy. Happier than you’ve been in years? Great. No really I’m happy for you. No that’s great…you…just…I have to run.

Unbelievably, New Jersey. I am finally moved and back online. I’ve missed my tumblr buddies! Thank you for thinking of me. =)
Yes indeed! I am alive and moved up to Princeton, NJ. This has been the most hectic few weeks of my life, that’s for damn sure.
Thank you for thinking of me!
If you don’t know what these are they may seem less appealing. My gift to Thanksgiving dinner, Lebanese style grape leaves with lamb, rice, pine nuts, spices, and fresh lemon. YUM!
Wow, that’s so true. I want to apologize just for agreeing with it.
I’m sorry.

I’m a pretty straightforward guy. If I like something I make it known, and if I want something I make it happen. It’s a good trait and I like when people have the same attitude. One thing I can’t stand is a wishy-washy “oh maybe I don’t know sorta kinda” attitude.
Unfortunately, this attitude is all too common in business. The corporate world is full of blowhards who are quick to make demands with no substance, make requests with no purpose, and make deals with no intention of keeping their end of the bargain. In the contracting business, until the deal is signed on the dotted line you have to put it firmly in the “not going to happen” category.
Well, it looks like my deal has gone through. For the next three weeks I’ll be hanging out in Hoboken, NJ and right after Christmas I’ll be moving to Princeton, NJ for at least 6 months.
It’s a bit scary…I haven’t had to commute or work in an office for over four years now, and it’s going to be a bit awkward at first. But at the same time it’s a very exciting opportunity, a chance to try something new, and well worth the change. The next three weeks at a posh hotel on the Hudson will be fun as well.
It’s also exciting that all of my requests were met and that my client is actually going through with it. That doesn’t happen as often as most people would like in the business world.
Anyways, New Jersey, here I come! But I refuse to change my name to njgeek!
Turning a Twelve South BookBook case for the iPad into a lap-friendly stand!
Sorry to my non-geeky followers, but I figured I’d share. My name is vbgeek after all.
